Parking set-up crew: to put flags for bike parking and ride celebration at the end-of-ride location. Please contact us.

During the Ride & Ride Celebration:

Volunteers show up at 3:45 at Truth is Beauty on Friday. Wear white and silver if you can.

Singers: The Playa Choir will welcome the riders as they enter the celebration space. Add your voice to the group.

Bike Parking Gods and Godesses: Thousands of women to welcome and thousands of bikes will need to be parked. Lend a hand to make this go as smoothly as possible.

Water Servers: It will most likely be hot and dusty. Perhaps you could bring and serve some lovely cool water?

Sacred Space Holders: Protect the space of the ritual by standing on the perimeter, with your back to the circle and your heart to the open playa.

After the Ride & Ride Celebration:

Strike and Moop Masters: Let's not leave a trace! Flags will need to come down and be loaded and the area will need a good cleaning.
